Refund Policy

General Terms
- Our refund policy applies to all services rendered by CA Mod General Construction Inc., including but not limited to renovations, repairs, and new constructions.
- We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Non-Refundable Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. A deposit is required to secure your project and to cover initial costs. 
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund of the deposit may be requested within 48 hours of payment, subject to deduction of any administrative fees incurred.

Refund Requests for Completed Work
- We stand behind the quality of our work. Should you have concerns about the workmanship or materials used, please notify us in writing within 30 days of project completion.
- We will conduct an assessment of the claim. If the claim is deemed valid, we will resolve the issue through repairs, adjustments, or in rare cases, a partial refund.
- Refunds for completed projects are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of CA Mod General Construction Inc.

Cancellations
- Should you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, all work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed-upon rates, and any deposits may be forfeited.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ensure proper records and processing.

Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Customers are responsible for checking their account statements to confirm receipt of the refunded amount.

Liability Limitations
- CA Mod General Construction Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided, including but not limited to delays, loss of income, or any other claims that may arise from the project.
