Services
Cal Mod General Construction Inc. provides a range of general construction services, including but not limited to residential building, commercial construction, remodeling, renovations, and project management. Specific details of the services will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.

 

Estimates and Contracts
All estimates provided by us are preliminary and subject to change based on the scope of work. Final pricing and project specifications will be confirmed in a written contract that must be signed by both parties before work commences.

 

Payments
Payment terms will be detailed in the Service Agreement. A deposit may be required before the project begins, with further payments due at specified milestones or upon project completion.

 

Permits and Regulations
It is the responsibility of Cal Mod General Construction Inc. to obtain all necessary permits and licenses required for the completion of the project, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. Construction will comply with all local, state, and federal regulations.

 

Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to provide access to the project site and ensure that necessary utilities (water, electricity) are available during construction. Delays caused by the Client’s failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in additional costs.

 

Changes to the Project
Any changes to the scope of the project must be documented in writing and agreed upon by both parties. Additional costs may apply for changes made after work has commenced.

 

Warranties
We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship, details of which will be specified in the Service Agreement. Materials may be subject to manufacturer warranties. 

 

Liability
Cal Mod General Construction Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or any delays in completion. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the service.

 

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party fails to comply with the terms outlined in the Service Agreement. Upon termination, the Client will be liable for payment for all work performed up to that date.

 

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in [City/County], California.

 

Changes to Terms
Cal Mod General Construction Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
